Medical Doctor registered in the UK (GMC) and Ireland (IMC).

I provide sleep enhancement services (including CBT-Insomnia) in the UK and France, whether face-to-face (my preference) or via Zoom.

My philosophy is to look at the patient as a whole person and working in full collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.

I have significant experience in managing sleep concerns and any co-morbidities (mental or physical). These include anxiety, depression, pain, low testosterone, obesity, OSA, restless feet, hypertension...

Specifically in terms of pain, I use medications, joint injections, manual therapy and hypnosis.

I graduated from Brighton and Sussex Medical School (UK) in 2019. I trained with the Institut Francais de Hypnose and I am a certified Masseur Sportif. I am also a graduate of HEC Paris (Grande école, H2007).
